The Story Behind My Approach

I know firsthand that lasting transformation involves more than simply changing what you eat or how you exercise. After losing more than 70 pounds myself, I became passionate about helping women 35 and older create meaningful change through compassionate hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can break free from limiting patterns, strengthen healthy habits, and move forward with confidence.
